Iced Cold Brew Matcha

Another post from us on how using the cold brew method can give you a great refreshing cup of tea! This time with matcha on the mind.  Here is a trick in preparation: use a wide-mouthed water bottle of your choosing to keep the matcha smooth and free from any clumping in the process.

Prep: 5 minutes

Servings: 1 serving

Ingredients & Items to Have On Hand

  • (1) Teaspoon of Green Matcha tea
  • (1) Cup of filtered cold water
  • (1) Wide-mouth water bottle
  • (1) Ice cubes
  • (1) Small drinking glass

Directions

  1. Fill the small drinking glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour 3/4 of a cup of filtered cold water. Place to the side for a couple of steps.
  3. Pour 1/4 of a cup of filtered cold water into the wide-mouth water bottle.
  4. Add a teaspoon of Jabberwocky Green Matcha.
  5. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
  6. Pour the matcha / water mix in with the small drinking glass you put to the side.
  7. Watch the green color flow through the glass.  It’s really cool!
