The Earl of Grey Martini

In molecular mixology, science is applied in a quest for a better drink, with bartenders mixing alcohol with ingredients such as Earl Grey Tea to change a drink’s texture and traditional make-up one of the most fascinating concoctions is the Earl Grey Martini.

Ingredients: 

• ¾ oz Lemon Juice
• ½ oz Sugar Syrup
• 2 oz Dry Gin
• ½ Egg white
• 1 oz Bigelow Early Grey Tea

Directions:

Shake all ingredients in shaker with ice, poor over chilled martini glass.
