What’s the difference between brewing tea vs steeping tea?

Not all teas should be brewed, for example any delicate teas such as white tea are not optimal for brewing the process.

Brewing and steeping go hand in hand when making a perfect cup of tea. Brewing is the actual act of pouring boiled water onto the tea leaves directly, while steeping is the art of tea drinking, it’s the variations in time/temp to master your ideal essence of tea taste.
